The hotel is close to two subway stations, and grand central market. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It was good to have a fridge and microwave.

Overall, the hotel is well kept and clean, the rooms are on the small side but super cozy, with all the comforts and products you’ll need during your stay, it’s a cosmopolitan feeling in there. The location is next to Grand Central Market with so many dining venues to choose from. On the same block you have late night bars and clubs to go to. Within a mile you will find theaters that feature many nightly shows. Metro Train Station across the street.

Comfortable, clean. Hot water from the shower was perfect. Air Conditioning worked great. Great location, near two metro stations. Second time staying, looking forward to a third time.

On April 12 to 13 my friend didn’t get to check in because I was not present at that day so we didn’t get in that day I call you guys and I was held up on line for two hours so I want my refund back for one night

Central location. Easy to get to/from airport and tourist spots. Comfy beds. Luggage storage post check out. Complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Kettle, mini fridge in the room. Tote bag with wine, water & snacks at check in.
